Return Policy

We offer a 90 day warranty on all scent diffusers. Warranty includes only mechanical malfunctions. This warranty will not cover user damages.

We will gladly accept returns of products within 14 days of receiving your product and will issue a full refund less a 15% restocking fee.

Returns and exchanges on diffusers are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. We do not accept broken diffusers, diffusers that have been used, or diffusers with missing parts.

Returns and exchanges on scent oils are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. We do not accept scent bottles with a broken seal or if they have been opened.

We ask that any returned products are in the same condition you received it and is in the original box/packaging.

User damages are non-returnable/ non-refundable.

The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges on returned products.

Clearly Better Solutions is not responsible for packages once UPS has delivered them to your home or business.
